Coaches

With the strategic goals of cultivating future environmental actors and supporting environmental organizations in the start-up and growth phases, HeYi Institute is efficiently transforming resources from the sectors of business, public welfare and academia into environment protection. To be specific, we invited experts from these sectors and built a coach team, proving professional and personalized counseling and supports to environmental organizations.

Until August 2018, we have more than 40 professional coaches in our database. We match specific coaches with the organizations in need, and facilitate them to have online and offline interactions. During the processes, we also assist coaches to accumulate and summarize experience. To motivate coaches, our system keeps track of each coach’s working hours and provides them various motivations. Plus, coaches and environmental organizations are encouraged to work closely in advocacies and industrial research projects together.
