Green Corporates & Local Partners

Green Corporates & Local Partners was jointly initiated by Institute of Public & Environmental Affairs (IPE) and HeYi Institute. With IPE’s big data platform, Blue Map, we support local organizations to effectively monitor the pollutions in green supply chains, listed companies, conglomerates, and industrial parks in the long term. Ultimately, we wish to push corporates to improve their environmental performances and explore a new road of pollution managements.

During the test operation in the first half of 2018, 12 organizations have participated in the project and have effectively communicated with 500 corporates through letters and other methods. Among these cases, 50 corporates provided explanations on their violations of environmental protection laws, or published their corrective action plans.
